All facials include a thorough cleanse, followed by an exfoliation and a mask to improve your skin. Depending on the time selected you will also receive a more in depth enzyme or AHA peel, lift off masks that are designed to brighten, firm, lift or really clear out those impurities and serums to feed your skin. Massage styles are selected dependent on your skin’s needs and will include lymphatic drainage, acupressure point work and Japanese Saeki style massage movements. Your shoulders and the back of your neck is also massaged leaving you feeling much more relaxed.
Whilst the mask is on you have the choice of being left to relax, having a hand and lower arm massage, a foot massage or a selected kinesiology correction aimed at relaxing facial lines or de-stressing.
After the facial you will have time to sit with a glass of filtered lemon or cucumber water and ask any questions you wish about how you can improve your skin.
FAQs – Will I need to undress?
You will need to remove your shirt but ladies may keep their bra on with the straps moved to underneath the arms.
