Special Offer – health-E-news
Hello everyone
The Balance Procedure Workshop – Special Offer
WARNING! This workshop might really change your life!!
This is a quick health-E-news to offer you an opportunity to join me next Sunday – 17th March – for a day’s workshop with the nationally known Jenny Cox who is coming to Wrexham to teach us her Balance Procedure. This is a practical workshop at the end of which you will be able to identify personal triggers that throw you off balance, understand the power of emotions and why we have them, understand the true power of thoughts and imagination. You will also be able to connect your experiences with the Law of Attraction to create the day you want, every day.
So if you want more energy, more understanding of why your day doesn’t always go how you want it and a way of getting the life you want this is the workshop for you. The day runs from 10.30 to 4.30 and costs £25 – a bargain don’t you think?! (The price is reduced because we have already filled enough places at full price to bring Jenny up here but would like to give other people the chance to come.) If you are interested please let me know ASAP as I need to let Jenny know numbers. Parking is free and we will provide tea and coffee but you will need to bring your own lunch. I look forward to hearing from you.
And now 2 snippets of health news for you!
A New Habit?
Thinking of new habits – these are like B roads – more difficult to navigate. But once you have practised the new habit for a while it becomes easier – more like an A road. And after even more practise your new habit becomes automatic – more like a motorway (well, a motorway with little traffic. This lovely analogy breaks down if your vision of a motorway is the M6 near Birmingham on a Friday afternoon!!) I do like the vision of the progress of habits though.
Do you feed the ducks at your local pond? And do you use white bread?
Apparently this is harming ducks and geese – it leaves them bloated, undernourished and unable to fly away from predators (a little how I feel when I eat white bread hmmmmmm!) The RSPB have advised that we change to wholemeal bread or grains. That’s good advice for us too!
Have a lovely weekend – remember your umbrella if you go out though and enjoy the puddles!!
